English-Chinese custom designed wordpress for Centerpoint Canada

Centerpointcanada.com is a site to showcase the natural resource exploration and development company Centerpoint Resources Inc. The site is viewable in both English and Chinese ( Manderin ) to reach it’s target audience.
A frontend Publisher account was created to enable quick and easy content updates using the site software’ work like WSYWIG editor.
Technology & Design
The site uses an open-source site software, WordPress, which allows for additional features and content expandability as the site grows. Content is updated using the WSYWIG editor of the site software. Additionally, Fireworks / Photoshop, Dreamweaver were used to develop aspects of the site.
The site is fully compliant with all of the latest web standards as the layout uses CSS templates. The sitemap can be exported as an XML sitemap so that it can be used and validated by google.com. Ensuring the site was fully SEO friendly was essential to the client, so all the page names, site map, content, and METAtags are setup to maximize the SEO potential of the domain
